• AI-powered features may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate results
• You should use your own judgment when acting on AI-generated recipe recommendations or nutritional information
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, food poisoning, or other adverse effects that may result from following AI-generated recipes
• Data from your use of AI features may be used to improve our Service

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, or other legal right or obligation
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Posting any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

In no event shall SmartChef, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
